RETURN

We care a great deal about your experience and want you to love your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be free of stains, odors, holes, or damage
• Have original tags

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items 
• Gift cards
